Mara,

Several years ago I tried a magnetic pad for my son to sleep on. It wasn't

that expensive, is there such a thing as a " cheap " magnet? Maybe it was

because it was small and designed for under a pillow, don't know. Anyway, it

was

strange, he had several, really good nights sleep on it and then one morning I

found it on the floor next to his bed. Thinking it was just an accident, I

replaced it the next night. The next few nights he continually sought it out

and

threw it on the floor. I then tried hiding it under the sheet and mattress

pad - he still found it and threw it out! At the time, he wasn't verbal enough

to explain to me why he didn't like it, but clearly it wasn't workin' for

him. I gave up on it. Maybe I should have tried to sleep on it myself to see

what all the fuss was about.

Anyway, that was my first (and last) experience with magnets.

Hope this helps,

in Atlanta.

Hi ,

I really appreciate the feedback from you and Dr. JM. The other email

list that was discussing the magentic sleep pads didn't seem too

impressed either. I called and cancelled my order with Magnetico this

a.m. To their credit, they were very nice about it. The other reason

I decided to cancel the order is that we are seeing good results with

TD-DMPS and I think we just need to be patient and focus on our

current protocol which is TD-DMPS every other day from AMT pharmacy,

and of course the quintet and GFCF. Thanks again for writing,

None of these posts were written by me; my reply to Mara was omitted. Dr.
