OK Mel - get cooking - fill up your fridge with a yummy tasting

chicken veg soup or something that has bugger all calories and you

can graze on all day, a big pot of ratatouille with chunks of lamb or

something - try and stay away from carbs and sugar for a week and go

the Atkins route or something - lots of protein - fat is fine too.

I've got some great frittata recipes and crustless quiche if you want.

How does this idea sound? If you need to eat and you don't want to

go mental trying to avoid the food, then make it tasty and worthwhile.

Well... after lots of thought I have decided to do the Tony Ferguson routine for the week prior to going. Well.... I am going to try. I am going to pretend that I won't get the seat belt on the plane done up unless I do.

So, wish me luck

Mel don't stress too much if it doesn't work. The way my body is

reacting to food right now, I say just enjoy it while you can. I

want a peaceful life and a few more days of this will have me

scuttling back to the doc for fill out and no weight loss again.

Lunch has just reversed itself in a violent manner and I'm feeling

sorry for myself, so broke open the choccie biscuits and I'm munching

away trying to keep them down. I'm so over all this some days
