You virtually challenge the organisms you grow from urine or blood against 10 or so antimicrobial discs. When your attacking your infection you also realise the size of the monster your dealing with by all the events- positive and negative.You also can do sinus cultures. You can , observe growths, patterns of antimicrobial stimulation on bacteria. Virtually do anything you like to observe positive and negative impacts.
