Guest guest
Hi, MJ: For starters, it sounds like you need to slow down, take a deep breath, step back and re-evaluate what is working, what you are doing and what needs to go away for now. Antibiotics can cause diarrhea. They can also cause nausea etc. The very few times I have done antbx I have gotten very sick. So that could be the answer to that problem. MRSA is a resistant strain of staph. From what I have read, which isn't that much, once you get it, it is very difficult to get rid of as it lives on your skin. You may want to reconsider continuing with the homeopathic staph pills at the very least. Here is something I copied for you: What is MRSA (methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus)? Some staph bacteria are resistant to antibiotics. MRSA is a type of staph that is resistant to antibiotics called beta-lactams. Beta-lactam antibiotics include methicillin and other more common antibiotics such as oxacillin, penicillin and amoxicillin. While 25% to 30% of the population is colonized with staph, approximately 1% is colonized with MRSA. http://74.125.155.132/search?q=cache:Qb2jHNLFny8J:www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dhqp/ar_MRSA_ca_public.html+MRSA+resistant & cd=2 & hl=en & ct=clnk & gl=us If it were me, MJ, I woldn't stop any staph/MRSA protocol for several months. You gotta give it time to really do some major " killing " . But that is just my opinion. It is easy to think, my skin is clear, I am over it - when it is still on the surface of your skin -unseen. I am so very sorry you have to deal with this. From everything I have heard, it is very challenging. Consistency is the name of the game - whether it is MRSA or Lyme! It will be nice when you can get your rife machine! It sounds like you have a lot of different things going on. Can you find one doctor that you trust that you can tell everything to and let them help you through this mine field you have entered? Sometimes you have to bare your soul to someone so they can help you out. Grasping at straws in an effort to give you some thought that will help you out! Take care, MJ! Somehow you will get through this! Cheryl Hi MJ, I would say from your weight that you are probably hyperthyroid which often happens before your thyroid craps out for us lymies. I too was about 95 lb's at 5'4 for a long time and I ate. Symptoms of hyperthyroid are also sweats and shakes and eye problems. The only time I had acne in my life was when I was hyper. Fatigue is also a symptom as your candle eventually burns out from all the extra energy you get in the beginning. Its really important for you to try to figure it out because when you are hyper not only does your food metabolize quickly but your meds will too. TamaraThanks Tamara,I am kind of really getting freaked out right now. Had to delay a large sentencing (case for my job), Haven't been able to get up really and now am kind of nauseous after taking antibiotics which has rarely happened before. Hard time typing too. Worst is: I have a cyst/boil back! None of my remedies are working - and it is growing. I am so very disheartened right now. I can't go to me reg doc as he refuses to believe in the lyme and my llmd won't let me tell him I am being treated for this. So when I go in - he always asks for a blood test which would reveal the abx/sleep aids. My llmd doesn't seem to be to worried about the MRSA - just gave me rifampin which is not doing it. I just feel sick about this because I don't know where to turn. When I go to a dif doc they look at me like I am crazy for talking about lyme so I pretend I have fybro. I can't go in for anything because of the testing. Now I am not barely able to eat and I have diarrhea.MJ
Guest guest
Do you have MRSA for sure?My husband and son have had it several times over the years. In the last two months they had breakouts that looked like MRSA, we did not confirm. I coiled the areas at 880 for 3 days and both were better in about 5-7 days. I agree with Tamara regarding thyroid, it can sputter between hyper and hypo will it is giving up.Hope you feel better soon, Hi MJ, I would say from your weight that you are probably hyperthyroid which often happens before your thyroid craps out for us lymies.
