Is teasel and GSE only for Lyme or coinfections.

My daughter seems to be getting the upperhand on Lyme but Babesia and coinfections are proving to be a bear and then some. The Lyme is rearing it's head but I think when she is coiling again that will resolve itself. Thanks,
