Guest guest
I think this is just an interesting THEORY (like so much else, unfortunately) which means there is probably some truth to it. Not that much, I think. I am A+ and I do much better on a diet high in red meat with some veggies thrown in. No breads, lots dairy, though. Grains and sugars and fruits make me weak and sick feeling -- not to mention very constipated and gassy! Even an overdose of parsnips, for goodness' sake, can hit me wrong. Anyway, I am very happy to know my wierd symptoms on not-enough-red-meat may be thyroid. Because my initial blood test was so lovely and normal I always question whether the diagnosis is right. (Plus my symptoms are not 'pure' thyroid. My hair is still good, for instance. I had only gained about ten pounds when I went to the doctor -- and I have gained another 10 or 12 since then. ON Armour. Thank you all for your help, information and support. It is very comforting. Terijo Subject: Re: RE: Digest Number 365 I had read something not long ago about eating for your blood type, but it was more concerned with what NOT to eat with certain blood types. Also, it concerned what type of physical weaknesses were in common with each separate blood type. I can't remember where it was that I read it, but it really interested me.
