Guest guest
Have had many obese friends, and they all appeared happier than most others. Is there a real connection? A problem they all SHARED was self- acceptance. feeling they should look thinner. But in general their moods & outlooks seemed more up-beat. Is there a connection? Guest guest
I just discovered that my daily inhaler with steriod is what's keeping me from losing weight. Is it causing gain for others? Need to lose 15 pounds and having hard time just getting 5 off and keeping it off. Recently was changed to flovent as the pulmicort and advair were giving me asthma symptoms. Dr. agreed with me....if my peak flow reading were normal (380-450) then it was the medicine that was hurting. It would make my chest hurt, hoarse voice, wheezing. So now I'm using flovent in the holding tank? Not a spacer but it's called something else. I read your instructions for inhalers like advair and I was told to take one hard inhale. Now I'm wondering is several inhales would help prevent the hoarseness and tight chest. Ellie
