Lupus, hypercoagulation and low platelets

I just got my dad's lab results I had done about 4 months before he

died. Alot of people are concered that since their platelet counts are

low they couldn't possibly have hypercoagulation/ISAC.

Here are his results:

Platelets 35 L range:40-100

Fibrinogen 589 H range:180-310

Fragments 1 & 2 2.5 H range:0.4-1.1

My dad had a SERIOUS infection, and they thought his immune system had

just gone haywire and " they " called it Lupus. <Sigh>
