Hi Barb//Penny

This is my first post here but I've been a member from the beginning.

I'm embarrassed to say that many of the posts on this list go right over

my head (my cognitive impairment is severe and some days just

remembering my own name is hard!) but I do my best to read bits and bobs

and to understand what I can!

I've recently started taking a hyaluronic acid supplement from Allergy

Research Group called Synovoderma

http://snipurl.com/euzi

According to the blurb:

>SynovoDerma is a patented HA formula and has been prepared using a

>proprietary enzymatic process to reduce the molecular weight to between

>50,000 - 200,000 Daltons, thereby enhancing absorption through the

>digestive tract.

I started taking it because I want to see if it will help my TMJ

syndrome + hair loss + pain + immune function + sore eyes + poor skin +

any other of my numerous symptoms and health problems!

I've only just started it a few days ago so it's too early to tell

whether I will tolerate it and whether it will help in any way.

I have Lyme + Babesia + Ehlichia (+ candida + numerous other things!)

and came across this article on PubMed which implies that Borrelia

Burgdorferi decreases hyaluronic acid production - so I'm guessing

(please tell me if I'm wrong?!) that taking supplemental HA is a good

thing for Lyme sufferers???

Anyway, I don't know if any of that is helpful but if anyone can tell me

more about the relationship between Lyme and HA production (in fairly

simple terms!) I'd really appreciate it!

Best wishes

Vicky
