Hi everybody,

would be quite grateful for some help on ongoing translation for an

American health insurance. Seems more of an insurance policy than

anything else.... But now I'm definitely stuck...

What does claim mean in this context? Especially " claims incurred " and

" claims paid " and " claims run out " ???

Does " claim " mean " Rechnung " or " Anspruch " in the sense of

" Versicherungsanspruch " or does it refer to " Ausgabe " like " payment " ???

By the way, does business rules mean " Geschäftsbedingungen " . I know

little about legal texts, contracts and such stuff, help would be great

Post above is no longer important-...

It took a whole week (!) until my post was " published " here. This is

really bad, since my customers will not wait for so long.

Do other people here also have to wait so long until their post is

made public here???

PS: Maybe thats the reason why its always the same handful of people

who write here!?
