Hi, Penny.

Tim from the Experimental list asked me to pass on to you the

fact that malic acid can be used to chelate aluminum (I copied my

recent response to you over there, because someone else was asking the

same question about mercury testing.) I checked PubMed, and it looks

as though he is correct.
