Guest guest
Did he really write that? I didn't see that. Tony, if you did, it's not acceptable here. Falls under " personal attack " in a big (like entire country) way. Stop it! If anyone wants me to remove it, I will. Just tell me which post. And on behalf of at least some Americans, I'd like to say that I like the French too. I found them extremely helpful in Paris, even though I couldn't speak a word; they went out of their way to help me use public transportation and phones. Also helped me find some pads for my shoes when my feet broke down and it became too painful to walk around that beautiful city. I'd like to move there, in fact. The artwork is amazing! Not to mention, as an artist friend of mine puts it (someone who spends a lot of time there), the French are all about the art of living. Anyway, back to the point: Please, guys. I have 2 kids of my own. I don't want to mother a bunch of adults as well! Actually, my kids are so easy, in contrast to the bickering that goes on here. Guest guest
Yeah I did write that, I just felt nelly like to jump on me saying I say the same old same old thing when the whole forum seemed totally focused on borrelia. Give me a break. she! accuses me of being repetative.I thought her targeting of me was a personal shot, then it brought out some feelings that we have of the french. These are not my own issues, but are issues bandied around by the media. It just put that arrogance into perspective for me. tony > > > > > Here in australia and even new zealand the french are disliked > > > immensley (due to there arrogance). Guest guest
Lovey I brought up a new topic to this list " superinfection " and it was you- jumping all over it.. like it's ever been brought up.???? How do you start getting anywhere when everyones stuck in neutral? outside a bowen borrelia test nothing else seems to ever occur. The excuses start rolling in, it's impossable to get your blood viewed on the other side of town. yet everyone can send bowen tests in the mail.My message is simple test, test, and test somemore, become inventive.I have a microbiologist friend in san diego that I can request help from and I live in australia. My message covers all the bases of this ilness. The area I can't get involved over is what the body is doing, there's too many absolutely impossable issues to monitor. I like the basic stuff like your blood is going thru your veins clumped together, WHY? . This normally means to me whatever else your looking for this hurdle needs to be jumped, because not much else will makes good sense. You see I cover all bases and bring in what I observe at most hospitals. My uncle recently in an ICU very ill with pneumonia had only coagulase negative staph isolated from all his samples, with the exception of a small irrelevant colony of staph areus according to his medical report. This is possably why he survived, it's like the bug that can kill, but more than likely will get in and keep you chronic and torture you. No-one else shares the real life stuff. You gotta cover all aspects when dealing with these things- which isn't really a hot topic around here. > > > > > Here in australia and even new zealand the french are disliked > > > immensley (due to there arrogance). This is so pathetic it is laughable. > > I am French, I am also Australian (but get your teeth into this one, Tony, I lived in Sydney, if you want to get going on this as well:)))) so for me it's " heads " I win, " tails " I win too ) > > I know all about all the difficulties involved in communicating across cultures, my field of research was ethnolinguistics, I lived in several countries, taught people from the world over, and all I care about really is getting there and " getting there " as far as this group is concerned is exchanging info on infections and inflammation, diagnoses and treatments. > > I can't write or read very much because my eyes and head are very, very sore most of the time, so I get annoyed when Tony raves on and on about things that are not getting us anywhere because we are ALREADY where he thinks he is taking us. > > I promise this is the last from me, re Tony or replying to him in any way or form > > Nelly (in very hot, sunny PARIS-FRANCE)
