Guest guest
Does anyone but me see how unrealistic and unhealthy this is? It is still a quick fix to me. I did not get fat in 90 days. It took a long time. Instant gratification or quick fixes DO NOT KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF. Steve, trying to lose that much weight is unhealthy and extremely dangerous. Your sugar get get all messed up. Your heart can get wacky and lets not even discuss mood swings. How do you plan on losing this much weight so fast? If that is the result you are going for than perhaps the surgery would be a better alternative. I have learned that for me it is an addictive behavior to attempt to lose more than 10 pounds a month. And a VERY GOOD SELF SABATOGE SKILL. I have lost 200 pounds and kept it off by doing it slowly and I did not have a surgery. I work a balanced program. It has taken me a little over 2 years to do this. I tried starving myself, I tried soup diets. I even did , Weight Watchers and Nutrisystem and a few other places that I gave my money to type of diets. I tried all kinds of things but it was not until I learned how to eat and what to eat and learned WHY I eat. That when things changed. I learned what foods went with what feelings and emotions and I learned to not sabatoge things in my life. As an example Ice Cream = Freezing Emotions. I used to eat 5 quart containers of ice cream in less than 30 minutes and not even get a frozen headache. But I learned why I was eating it and now I can eat a 1/2 cup when I want without the " frozen emotion " and I can enjoy it. There are times when I do want to do the old behavior but I have the tools now not to do this. Steve, I am only trying to help you get healthy.
