Medicare will only reimburse the Liver DRG.

It will be a long time before CMS comes out with a L-K DRG. (It took

them about two years to come out with 512 and 513 after they began

paying for pancreases.) But you will get paid for both organs through

your Cost Report. So that helps some.

He is Medicare + Medicaid VA.

Does Medicare cover combined KL?
