Guest guest
The subject above is meant humorously. Barb- Your excusing Tony's rudeness of tone, partial answers and obfuscation, etc. because you " know he cares " (versus people who are rude but you don't know?) is, to use his choice phrase-- hogwash. We only know how it sounds, the rest is guesswork. Note that I used " rudeness of tone " not calling him names personally. It's his partial answers, rather than his tone, which I find a waste. He talks in conclusions not procedures, he appears to selectively respond to only one of a list of questions to be specific about-- mostly with a rant and an implied set of procedures but little specificity. Tony- your conclusion that all herx is " bugs firing back " is interesting but obviously not the whole story. Yes, there is evidense of bug cytokine stimulation in response to threat, but there is also evidense of endotoxin released from both bug functioning and from killing them. The toxicity of the staph you mention is precisely this. So these blanket statements you make that something is completely the thing you have concluded, and anyone who thinks otherwise is an idiot, are unwarranted and misleading. Let's have a talk, not an ideological lecture. On another front- I'm trying a couple of new things to add to the picture. In my search for a less expensive way to add... whey, I found a source of undenatured way from Bio Chem which is an isolate and claims to be 99% undenatured (should be non-denatured). It's obviously not as concentrated as ImmuneRx but has two things going for it: it's cheap at Vitacost.com, and since it's not as potent I don't get so much detox at once and can ramp up more gradually. I'm finding it is really helping. The second thing: I'm trying, with a home test kit and some NDF-- a micronized chlorella-- to do a home mercury challenge to see if this might be part of my immune supression, a la build up from low glutathione. I'll let you all know whether this came up with anything useful. Jim
