Guest guest
There are a lot of natural agents which kill yeast including: caprylic acid, undetenoic acid (a fatty acid), grapefruitseed extract (quite potent for yeast and other organisms), oregano oil, lauricidan, etc.. I've used most of these over the years, none have every completely gotten rid of intestinal yeast, but have kept it down. The best I've found has been Threelac- an expensive but effective probiotic, and as far as I know it doesn't produce any resistance. Besides, I think it kills not only yeast but other pathogenic intestinal bacteria. Daily use has made more difference for me than any of the other antifungals, including diflucan. I still can only tolerate one packet a day, but it makes a big difference, especially with all the abx I'm using. Jim
