Threelac- an expensive but effective probiotic, and asfar as I know it doesn't produce any resistance.Besides, I think it kills not only yeast but otherpathogenic intestinal bacteria. Daily use has mademore difference for me than any of the otherantifungals, including diflucan. I still can onlytolerate one packet a day, but it makes a bigdifference, especially with all the abx I'm using.Jim
