Guest guest
I was reading some work by our first pediatrician, Dr. Alan Vinitsky, and he has been using a ratio of 5 parts folic acid to 2 parts B12 in his practice to aid methylation. It seems to be working with the MCS crowd, which is one my son with autism and I belong to due to our mercury-induced 'allergic' immune response to most supplements. I have to learn what is working, like the Quintet, and then find the most hypoallergenic possible supplement or the rashes/stimming/ill temper result. Does anyone have experience with this 5:2 process and how well it works with ASD children? He also uses a pure water-based form of folic acid, without any extra " stuff, " and a sublinqual B12. I would like to hear if this has helped anybody. Thanks. M. Ludwig
