Guest guest
I think it is the same as when a person gets plastic surgery. They may think that if they do this then their whole life will change. Or someone who moves to a new city to escape their problems... and then they get there and find that they are still themselves. As for my experience with change that does come with weight loss... I know that several times I have given in just simply because I cannot deal with the flab that starts showing up. I am serious. I am flabby as it is, but when it starts to change radically and I get even more flabby then I freak out and give up the " diet " . I think that is why I am so focused on the physical side instead of the eating right now... I wish I had money for a trainer and a diet coach! Some one on one feedback... I think I am getting ready to be open to that. Lindy
