Guest guest
Hello - Question 1) I would like to know if anyone has an idea of the range of measurement differences with supine and standing x-rays. , age 2, has always had x-rays lying down, but recently had one in-cast standing, and I'm wondering how many degrees of difference that might be (example, if he's 52 degrees in-cast standing, then maybe he would have been more like 45 degrees lying down...wishful thinking of course). Question 2)By the way, is still not walking at 2 1/2 years..he's crouching, very pronated and drags his feet, esp. the one that is 'longer' b/c of the scoliosis. Does anyone have any similar experience with this? We're going to have a neurologist examine him b/c of history of neuroblastoma in his spine. We are getting AFOs, orthotics for his feet and we have a walker and go to PT. But, we don't really have a real answer yet as to why he's doing this, and any insight would be helpful. Thanks! I hope everyone had a nice New Years! I keep up as much as possible with posts, but run out of time to see them all. , mom to
