Guest guest
Dear friends, I have a son with mild and currently untreated scoliosis. He is almost five and this past month the center of his chest has sunken to the point I could drop a piece of candy in the hollow in his chest and he is short on breath and has discomfort in his abdomen. We go to the doctor tomorrow -- I suspect pectus excavatum -- another bone deformation. Has anyone else had experience with this or know of another condition that might explain both issues in one child? He also requires orthotics for ankles that bend in to much.
