Yeast/fungal - what to do before the prescription drugs?

We received our Organic Acid Profile lab report from Great Plains Lab

and as suspected my son has yeast/fungal issues. Arabinose is off the

charts. I won't see my DAN doc until Feb 10 at which time I assume

he will prescribe something. We are currently GFCF. My questions

are: will we likely have to modify our diet to completely eliminate

sugar? And what should I do until I get a script for whatever yeast

fighter my doctor prescribes?
