Just wondering where I can get this kefir starter? I'd like to start my

family on kefir.

Call GEM Cultures at 707 964 2922 and ask for a catalog, or just send $20

to them at: 30301 Sherwood Road, Fort Bragg, CA 95437 and they'll send you

the kefir grains. With this irradiation & mail situation though, I would

call and ask what shipping method they suggest to avoid the irradiation and

still get it to you quickly.
