effectiveness of clindamycin for mycoplasma

I have been on abx therapy for a year. doxycycline and zithromax are resistant at this point, can't tolerate minocycline, biaxin or cipro. has anyone had any success or thoughts on clindamycin? any other suggestions? i am flat on my back again - have been looking for something i can take since zith stopped working a month ago. seems i can't take any abx longer than 3 months and then is resistant. thanks! jeanne
