One of the many things in this article that I didn't know: " Human

granulocytic anaplasmosis (HGA) -- formerly called human granulocytic

ehrlichiosis -- is prevalent in Minnesota... "

Fascinating, Sue. My neutrophils have spiked, I know others whose

neutrophils are low out-of-range, wonder if either finding is

related.

Neutrophils can get nasty, they are bad-asses of the immune system.

This report somehow does not surprise me, but I wonder if it is also

true of other tick-borne pathogens.
