Guest guest
I was talking to a friend today who has FM and she has a dughter who seems to have MS. She said something that got me thinking. She asked me if my symtoms get worse when I chicken, because hers definetly do. My first thought was, I wonder if she could be herxing from the ABX that are given to chickens on a routine basis. Before I could finish my thought, she said and " Ya know it doesn't happen if I eat chicken from the health food store " . Not all health food stores carry " organic " chicken, but they still usually try to carry foods that are not treated with hormones, ABX or pesticides. Wouldn't it be interesting if the ABX in foods are not enough to really kill pathogens to the degree we need, but they might some how play a part in weakening our immune system enough to get in. OR the ABX are in such small amounts in meats and poultry that, that in itself tends to cause super bugs.
