Guest guest
you were talking about supplements and we started taking Sea Vegetation Blend which gives you the minerals we are missing form our food. We have been taking this for three months and I we are starting to get our half moons in our finger tips. If you don't have the half moons it shows that you are lacking in minerals. we buy them locally from a friend. You can get them on the internet also www.robertsonnutritional.com They are organic and dried with out heat and harvested from wooden boats. Dr. on is in his 90's I think and is young as ever. His book The Health Explosion fits with Sally's book. He, I don't think knows about the treatment of grains. And he does talk about the muccas formed by milk (I do believe that dead adulterated milk would) and he does say that pasturized and homo milk is bad but doesn't say (I don't think) anything about raw milk... His granddaughter wrote a book later and she has raw milk in hers. Barb in Ill soon to be in MO.
Guest guest
I know of a childrens vitamin/mineral combo that has none, do you just need the minerals? My adult formula has 15mg for the daily dose. Guest guest
We use Eidon's multi-mineral (www.eidon.com). It is clear, colorless, tasteless multi and I mix it into lemonade. They also make a lot of individual minerals. We use their zinc, calcium, magnesium, and silica. > > Would someone please recommend a multimineral supplement that doesn't > > have mercury or ALA in it they have had good results with?
