Guest guest
Hi Agent Bleu, My phrasing confused the issue. It's 600mg. of CoQ10 that I take on the advice of my Neurologist. I inject 2cc's of the methlycobalamin (B12), which I think is a fairly average amount, but I don't what that translates to in milligrams, do you? I'm not too worried though, I remember my Doc saying you can almost not have too much B12. He told a great story about why, but I can't remember all the details. When I do, I'll post it. It made me want to stick myself with needles to get the B12 level up! I hope the day finds you doing well, Steve. Jess > > > Rich, you are the greatest!
