Guest guest
Bear in mind, yall may have actually observed conflicting phenomena, bona fide. Look at either of the 2 big reviews on CFS immunology. Each reviews hundreds of studies which totally disagree on almost everything except maybe natural killer cells. And all this disagreeing work is done by cold quantification and calculation of p values. Statistics says it cant happen... no one can explain it. Then consider the study visualizing Cpn in Alzheimers, and those not finding it. And all the various microbial investigations in sarc, which I have been laboring to see if they are reconsilable, but I kinda doubt it. Ive been down lately about so many unreproduced findings. I wish the groups disagreeing about Cpn in Alzheimers could get together and run a new experiment together in one lab, using tissues from both the banks/sources they had used earlier. Im not being fanciful one bit, I really think that is by far the best thing to do.
