It was the first time I'd considered perfusion as a double-edged sword that could result in the spread of infection. I had already thought about how anything that increases perfusion could increase antibiotic penetration, but what is wrong with my brain, that I didn't think of the bugs disseminating by the same route? I am also grateful to you for reminding me of the nk 57 count. I have to find out if this was included in my recent immune panels, whose results I will learn of next week.
