I also think that chocolate has something to do with endorphins being released in the brain...so it's kind of like a drug. This is something I read like YEARS ago so If I really botched up the explanation. Point being...some times your body craves things for a reason. Indulge a little, but remember your body doesn't need a whole box of girls scout thin mints at once. ( By the way, I freeze them...they are yummy that way and since most of my frozen entrees come tumbling out of the freezer every time I open the door.
