Guest guest
I took a 10-min look thru pubmed the other day. The increases found by many authors are *steep* indeed. Some are attributing this to improved surveillance (meaning a smaller proportion of patients going unevaluated) and to changing diagnostic practices. With the numbers I saw I find that pretty hard to believe, but I dont know details.
