Guest guest
Terry, Aerobic and anaerobic training should be done on separate days because the hormonal response from each type of training is antagonistic to each other. It is like mixing oil with water. Now, it is not quite cut and dry as this, since there will be an overlap at some point. Meaning you body just doesn't all of a sudden switch from Aerobic to Anaerobic and vise versa. Guest guest
Mike, Do you have references for this? (different hormonal response). Thanks, Brett Draper, UT Mike Reid wrote: <<<Aerobic and anaerobic training should be done on separate days because the hormonal response from each type of training is antagonistic to each other.
