Guest guest Posted June 29, 2006 Report Share Posted June 29, 2006 well I probally should not say that and end up jinxing myself... but it seems that I am back on track again. I started by eliminating ALL bad foods out of my diet .... anything and ALL things processed. I began to feel FANTASTIC right away. I usually go through a span of time when I am so tired and need lots of sleep, but this time I bounced back right away. I am feeling better about walking now that my dog can go with me. We did 20 minutes tonight. I have drastically cut fats out of my diet too and that has really helped me feel better, lighter even. I have a lot of energy and worked all day today and then went for a 20 minute walk. I am really tired now and need to get to bed. but most of all I took some spiritual steps that I needed and I need to continue to do that to give me strength. hugs Lindy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
