Where to get preservative free heparin

There are some who have been looking for heparin without

preservatives. For the 3 years I was on heparin I was getting it from

a compounding pharmacy in San Diego. Mine was in the form of a nasal

spray which meant no injections, but I didn't know if it had

preservatives. They do make the nasal spray up special though.

I thought I would give them all call for whoever it was that was

looking. The form I have used is NOT the LMWH, so it is much cheaper.

I think it cost me about $45 a month.

I just spoke with the pharmisist and he is certain that they can make

up the heparin in an injection form that is WITHOUT preservatives. He

was not however sure about the nasal spray and would have to check.

800-985-8065. They do ship to anywhere in the country I believe. I had

mine always shipped to me.
