Guest guest
I have positive tests for borrelia, mycoplasma, and c. pneumonia and have been very ill for years. I have been experimenting with abx for about 4 years and now feel that I need a combo of abx rather than a mono therapy for a variety of reasons, some of which are: 1. avoiding yeast proliferation 2. helping stop pathogen abx resistance 3. affordability of abx out of pocket. I herx on doxy, mino, and tinidazole and have some of each in my cupboard. I can only handle low dose pulsed amounts. I am wanting people's feedback re: length of time one must take a particular abx for it to be effective (not in terms of months or years) but rather how many days in a row one needs to take them. For example, if I took doxy on M, mino on W, and tinidazole on F, would that be enough of each one to work effectively, or would it be better to take doxy for 1 week, mino for 1 week, and tini for 1 week in order to have pathogens be exposed to the same abx for a week at a time.Or each for a longer period of time. I currently cannot handle taking two kinds at the same time as herx is intolerable and I also don't detox well. Comments based on research or personal experience?
