buying whole grains

I finally got a mill, but my local hfs only carries

whole wheat berries in the bulk bins, no sealed

packages. I don't like to buy from the bulk bins

because I don't know how long the stuff has been

sitting there, and I've had too many experiences with

finding bugs in it when I get it home. I'd rather get

whole grains in a sealed package, and I want things

they don't have at the local store (like spelt, whole

oats, and blue corn).

Where do those of you who grind your own flour and

roll oats buy your grains? I know there are some

on-line sources, but I'd rather get everything from

one place, and no one seems to have everything I want

(i.e. Grain & Salt Society doesn't have un-rolled

oats). Any suggestions for other sources? Has anyone

ordered from these folks? http://www.barryfarm.com/

I'd like to get grains that aren't just " certified

organic " , but actually grown with conscious attention

to soil health and nutrient content, in a biodynamic

kind of way. Pipe dream?
