Thank you one and all who replied. I took a sublingual dose of B12

today (625 mcg, working up to 2500 mcg/day) and have B6 and folic

acid on order. I am going to try not to freak out about the

homocysteine too much (very hard with all the cardiac and

circulation problems I have) and have it rechecked next month.

I will start Iron supplements shortly as well. And as for that IFG-

1 stuff, well its certainly not helping me grow in any way, shape,

or form! :-) I don't have a yeast infection (that I'm aware of nor

am I on antibiotics currently), but rather I suspect that all of

this wackiness is due to some amount of malnutrition. I've

developed HORRIBLE food allergies in the last year (they did rast

testing on me too and on those results I was positive on the IgE for

33 of 36 foods tested) and I can only eat about 4 different foods

right now. Sucks.

They also found I had an infection in my gut (C. farmeri, who the

heck has heard of that???) but further testing showed it is

responsive to mino, cipro, and bactrim (sp?). They are hoping that

if we erradicate that bug, perhaps my food allergies will improve.

I'll hopefully be starting mino & zith shortly for the Lyme and the

mino will cover said gut bug. And thanks for the homocysteine info

(from the Brain Book) but that was scary as poo!!!! Thanks to all

for your feedback and help in understanding some of these test

results.

You rock.
