I'm not sure how long it took. I think it was fairly quick....maybe a

week before noticing the odor started getting better. I would try to

cut back on using it back then (only at night) and the odor would

come back in a day or so. My sinuses are still bad (sulfur smelling a

lot), but I have gotten too lazy (and cheap) to continue

the " abusive " use of SinoFresh. Will do that again soon I hope. Back

then I used it about six times a day or more and most of the time

sprayed until it drained out in my mouth a little (not the

recommended amount).

It will sting if the sinuses are raw. I use it only nightly now, and

it still stings most nights.

Seems like great stuff, but I'm not sure it can get deep enough into

the sinuses to " cure " .
