Guest guest Posted April 8, 2005 Report Share Posted April 8, 2005 I am just the opposite. I need light. In winter as the days grow shorter my depresssion and pain rise. I have to be very careful to get enough light everyday or I will be drawn down into the dark. Not pleasant for me. As said I think this is a personal make up.
