I, too, was very interested in Beebe's theories of typology -

although, like most of you, I wasn't aware of his work on the subject

before - apart from the online article, all I've read by him is the

chapter in the _Jungian Analysis_ (ed. Murray Stein).

What especially struck me was the notion that one can be extraverted in

some functions and introverted in others - which would make sense

regarding people like my husband, who is basically introverted, but in

Beebe's terms would probably be extraverted in his Thinking function

(that would also explain what we have in common!!)

Any other thoughts on this?
