Good question, I suspect the answer may lie in a couple of related

phenomenon's that occur as a result of a competitive 'business

developed mind', mixed with another phenomena that follows a period of

success. In businesses one is constantly challenged from all sides for

position, as a result one develops many strategies of protection. I

believe I have seen a number of these used by 'engineer' in the recent

past. The other stemming from his own direct experience and others too

of sarc, where he had enjoyed a period of upward growth. Not seeing

many problems. (Confidence grows quickly.) It was only when he applied

the logic " one cure fits all " did all his real problems begin.

Thereafter I suspect pride, prejudice, and threat to the dream (going

down as the man who worked it all out) led to the events that followed.

Yes a shame I do agree. But hey at least there are no more sceptics.

An astute analysis, Agent Bleu. Are you and Nelly coming to visit

and feed me oysters soon?

Where the heck is Nelly, anyways?
