Hi,

I use it for high heat cooking. I take it from the jar and put it in the pan I am using.

I'm kind of concerned about using it since I am hypo due to a thyroidectomy.

I do not use it for weight loss, so can't help you there and can't tell that it makes me feel any different.

Sorry I'm not much help.

I have been reading about the benefits of using Coconut Oil to aid in weight loss and general well being on Shoman's website. Are there any hypo Texans out there that use Coconut Oil in their diet? Also, how do you use it? In cooking? Smoothies? Straight out of the container? And the most important question - Do you see results? Has it helped you lose weight? Thanks!

I guess the only reason I use it for high heat cooking is because I don't like what they say high heat does to olive oil.

Sorry I'm not much help.

Karrel----Nothing could be better for nice receptive cells for the thyroid hormone that you're taking/going to be taking! The cocoanut oil, that is.

Tx
