I'm very happy with the combo so far. Especially because they won't become ineffective over time. I'm doing Sino Fresh at least twice a day and I think it's definitely thinning the mucous, or perhaps penetrating the bio-films (I hope). Since it's a detergent it would make sense that perhaps it can do that, where so many drugs can't. I'm doing the bleach as well, and it's definitely made my teeth feel better (and cleaner :-). I actually like it quite a bit. I know people who've done it at stronger concentrations, and have nebulized it as well (which scares me a bit), but I " m happy doing it at these low concentrations in my Hydropulse. I can definitely feel the effects of even a few drops in the water. I do LOVE the hydropulse and I think it really helps get the bleach to the areas it's needed. The SinoFresh definitely stings, just a little, but usually not immediately, it takes a little while. I also notice that I often start sneezing maybe a couple of hours after I've taken it, so something's definitely happening. I think the combo of the two, SinoFresh and Bleach, have been effective. The bleach especially for the reduction of the bad/salty taste in my mouth, which is most definitely seeping in around my teeth and through the roof of my mouth. I have no idea what has changed so that I've suddenly developed this taste. I've read that this taste is common with staph aureus, and that doesn't surprise me. What surprises me is that it seems to be flourishing more than ever. I've also started Zithromax, and that cuts down on the bad taste too, but it increases mucous drainage at the same time. But conversely, sometimes it makes my head feel like the inside of a big overly dried out gourd. So the point is, it definitely affects whatever's going on in my sinuses. I have to be kind of careful with the zithromax. I'm easing into it, taking it maybe every 24 to 36 hours since some drugs seem to build up in my system, then knock me for a loop. I'm really beginning to think it depends on the various metabolic pathways and how functional they are. This could help explain why people have so many different reactions to the same drugs. Zith gives me energy, but also makes my heart racy, and gives me that wired feeling. I'm hoping I can hang in there with it, or something effective, because the fatigue comes back badly when I go off the abx. penny
