Guest guest
Hi Dan, Thanks for the concern. :-) I was away on retreat for about a week, and then caught a really nasty cold on the way home. It's the first REALLY bad cold I've had in a long time, so I'm not sure if that's a good sign or not. I got out of my bleach and sinofresh routine at the retreat, but the bad taste in my mouth is just about completely gone. I've continued taking Zithromax every day or every other day, but have been too under the weather to resume the other therapies. I actually came back from the retreat really energized, until the virus hit, so I'm hoping I'll continue feeling better once I'm recovered. I haven't been on the internet much, but I have scanned the posts and am very impressed by the quality of the discussion. penny > > I hope she's okay. Guest guest
Hi Al, We've discussed this before (probably on the old I & I) and my personal feeling is that it's definitely got potential and is pretty low risk and low cost. It can be hard ingesting that much salt so you may want to go with the salt tablets. Reduces the gag factor. :-) Tony's always said we should try to use as much salt as we possibly can with these infections. It's a great antimicrobial. And vitamin C has a lot going for it too. I remember reading about some possible synergy between the two but I can't recall how it worked. I tried the protocol for a while but had a hard time sticking to it, mainly because I couldn't keep that much salt down and it requires constant dosing. I think the salt tablets would help, which I didn't have. The powdered vitamin C (asorbic acid) is easy to get down, just mix it with an ounce or two of apple juice and it tastes quite good. When I'm really fatigued, I find regimens that need to be repeated numerous times a day hard to stick to, so I do better with them when my fatigue isn't so bad. The old catch-22 of this illness. I've been planning to restart this protocol, but tend to forget when I am feeling better. penny <melillo3@e...> wrote: > Hi Penny, > > What have you heard about Salt/ C protocol details at: > (www.lymephotos.com)? > > Thanks, > Al
