Guest guest
IMHO, regarding Blasi: In the CFS?FMS (and other) medical communities, many people aren't aware that for some people, liquid magnesium works much better than pills, even if it's not chelated. I've been talking to people about magnesium for about 10 years, and have talked to many people who have told me that different brands of liquid magnesium have worked much better for them than any pill form. And one of the great things about liquid magnesium, is that it's convenient for taking lots of small doses during the day, which allows more magnesium to absorbed. While chelated magnesium has been claimed to the be best form, I've always found it quite curious that is almost a total lack of studies in PUBMED to back up this claim. Every form of magnesium has different properties, not only regarding how it's absorbed, and how long it stays in your system, but also what the effects are from the substance that the magnesium is combined with. Another form of magnesium that is often ignored, is sustained release forms, which can especially useful for some problems, such as headaches and migraines. If you're going to use magnesium for therapeutic reasons, it will work better if you keep serum levels constantly high, like any other medicine. For more information regarding this, I suggest looking here: http://www.barttersite.com/magnesium_supplementation2.htm There are 4 links near the bottom that are worth reading also, especially this one: http://www.barttersite.com/mgsupp.htm > > > > > > I knew Alfred Blasi Protocol in other suport group. Guest guest
Hi, has anyone tried the Blasi protocol and if so has it helped? Does anyone know of a cheaper source of the recup powder ? Thanks and happy Easter to all. Sheila
