Guest guest
I stopped using bromelein after two weeks due to gastro problems. apparently i have some damage issues, as the enzyme eats dead tissue, and i bet that was going on in my duodenum. A while back when I was on iv impenem and vanco, which will do nothing for cwd, i tried opening up the tiny corpuscles in my sinuses for better flow of the drugs to that region with niacin. Nothing worth telling happened. Now that I am on abx for cwd, yesterday i tried it again. Doing this brought a rush of pain to the region. today i am completely wiped out. the head fog this morning was thick and i am just starting to pull out of it a little. i took it yesterday about one hour after a dose of 100mg mino, and i think it took a lot of the mino deep into the infection. the reaction scared me, as my head was thumping with pain thirty minutes after taking the niacin, but then it levelled out. i plan on doing this some more. anyone had any luck with this? Guest guest
It's the flush that does the thing. Try smaller doses a couple of times a day while your system adjusts to the Niacin, then increase the dose to keep it in comfort range. Timed release Niacin may be another option. Timed release IS NOT flush-free niacin which is a whole different substance. mjh"The Basil Book"http://foxhillfarm.us/FireBasil/ Posted by: "Cyndi Lenz" psychrn@... machi_33433 Tue Sep 26, 2006 1:35 pm (PST) ms folks have been talking about niacin for a long time but the flush free but do you guys think you need the flush??cyndi
