Guest guest
I did it, went back for the "nuclear scan" it was long, and I had to lay in one spot with my neck up FOREVER. It was odd, because it was all this huge thing machine, with a tip pointing at my throat- nothing hands on, I thought it was like the last ultrasound only glowing this time. I was careful with the kids, and just to be on the safe side- I told my husband to get take out for 2 days. They said that they like to get those test results done same day, but I have not heard, and it was New years eve. Got a terrible migraine, don't know if it is from the stress or what. I was wondering, I have a huge amount of trouble getting my medical records...everyone says they will fax it to another doctor, but cant give it to me. Is this true? Don't I have a right? www.webb-babies.org RAI is used to for a whole body scan for thyroid cancer patients, to see if there are any cancer cells left. A larger dose can be used to destroy remaining thyroid tissue, both for cancer patients and for some hyper patients. I was reading 's post about taking her radiation pill and wondered what the reasons were for taking such. Thanks
Guest guest
No matter what they tell you, it has been determined in the legal system that your medical records belong to YOU! You must get aggressive with this, and not be passive, if you want them.
