PSSD progression - breathing issues

Hi All,I have been suffering from PSSD for 3.5 years and last year there was marked improvement before MACA supplement kind of aggravated the symptoms. Along with Sexual Dysfunction, I also had overall diminished sensation to touch, kind of numbness all over the body. For the past 4 months, I've developed swallowing problems due to loss of sensation in lower throat. Food gets stuck often and also severe breathing issues because in a sense I can't feel my stomach/diaphragm and have to breathe through my mouth while I'm awake and at night I get up several times gasping for air. I did not have any anxiety issues after the onset of PSSD (I was a little too happy) until the swallowing/breathing issues started. My suspicion is that I may probably have full blown Parkinson's like disease due to Dopamine

depletion. I get intermittent relief from the swallowing issues along with the improvement in PSSD symptoms. Anyone experienced anything like this? Considering that respiratory issues don't present until very late for even Parkinson's patients, what are we possibly looking at? I'm trying hard to get a prescription for a Dopamine Agonist but I'm not able to travel to Dr.Goldstein (who I was previously a patient of) or Monterey (Dr.no seems to be out of office). With my PCP and Neuro, I have a hard time convincing them about my symptoms. They gave me Klonopin last week...sigh sigh.I'm scared about the possibility of the breathing issues persisting. Am I looking at the end game? Thanks,Steve
