“You agree to not use the Service to:

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make

available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive,

harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of

another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise

objectionable;

The word “tortuous” means

subject to legal action in any form --- so by anyone filing a legal action, your

post becomes a violation… The merits of the tort is immaterial… It

may be totally bogus – will not spend any money finding out.

All that someone needs to do is to claim

is one of the above – and , to save money, will take action rather

than fight it…

Ken Lassesen,

Does

anyone know exactly what it is that we were allegedly doing

which was

against 's " Terms of Service, " such that we can

protest/appeal?

Thanks,

Penny, for providing us with another place to communicate.
